How to Make Mini Christmas Tree Pizzas

### Ingredients

* Pillsbury™ Grands!™ refrigerated biscuits

* Pizza sauce

* Shredded mozzarella cheese

* Mini pepperonis

* Green food coloring

* Butter

Instructions

1. Make the dough. Preheat oven to 350° F. Separate the dough into 8 biscuits and place in the bottom of a lightly greased large muffin pan. Press down to flatten the biscuits into 2-in. rounds. For 12 Christmas trees, separate the remaining dough into 4 biscuits, cut each biscuit in half, and make 6-in. tree shapes by placing 2 triangle-shaped biscuits together at a slight angle.

2. Bake the dough. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown.

3. Add toppings. Spread 2 tablespoons of the pizza sauce over each baked dough round, leaving a small space at the top. Top with 1 tablespoon of the cheese and 4 pepperonis.

4. Add green food coloring. In small bowl, mix the remaining cheese with 3 to 4 drops green food coloring. Sprinkle over tops of pizzas.

5. Bake again. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes more or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Add butter. In small bowl, mix remaining 1/2 cup butter and 1 teaspoon Parmesan cheese. Brush butter mixture around edges of pizzas.

Tips

* To make ahead, bake the pizzas according to the directions. Let cool completely, then store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to serve, reheat in the microwave or oven until warmed through.
