How to Make a Turkey Centerpiece from Flowers

### Materials

- 1 head of cabbage

- 1 bunch of carrots

- 1 bunch of celery

- 1 bunch of kale

- 1 bunch of parsley

- 1 bunch of basil

- 2 red bell peppers

- 2 yellow bell peppers

- 1 orange bell pepper

- 1 avocado

- 1 bunch of grapes

- 1 box of toothpicks

- A sharp knife

- A cutting board

- A large serving platter

Instructions

_1. Prepare the cabbage_

- Cut the head of cabbage in half vertically.

- Hollow out each half of the cabbage, leaving about 1 inch of cabbage around the edges.

_2. Add the carrots_

- Cut the carrots into thin slices.

- Arrange the carrot slices around the edges of the cabbage halves, like feathers.

_3. Add the celery_

- Cut the celery into thin slices.

- Arrange the avocado slices around the cabbage.

- Wash the grapes.

- Cut the grapes in half.

- Arrange the grape halves around the cabbage.

_10. Assemble the centerpiece_

- Place the two cabbage halves on the serving platter.

- Use toothpicks to secure the carrot, celery, kale, parsley, basil, bell peppers, avocado, and grapes in place.
