How to Decorate a Ladies' Dressing Room

Map out the dressing room on paper to locate the pieces of furniture in scale with the size of the space. Decide where you want the shelves or shelving units, clothing rods, storage hampers, racks, furniture and mirrors. Ensure the placement makes full use of the available space without making it appear cramped or tight.

Paint the walls of the dressing room a bold, rich or warm tone, such as maroon and gold, teal and gold or black, white and silver to create an impact. Alternatively, use wallpaper with bold colors and decorative patterns.
