How to Make Chocolate Candy Cane Shot Glasses

### Ingredients

* 1 cup (170g) white chocolate chips

* 1/2 cup (115g) milk chocolate chips

* 1/4 cup (55g) semisweet chocolate chips

* 1 teaspoon (5ml) vegetable oil

* 6 candy canes

* Edible gold or silver glitter, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and melted.

3. Pour the melted white chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out into a thin layer.

4. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the white chocolate is set.

5. Once the white chocolate is set, use a round cookie cutter to cut out 6 circles.

6. Place a candy cane in the center of each circle.

7. In a separate microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and melted.

8. Pour the melted milk chocolate over the candy canes, covering them completely.

9. Place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the milk chocolate is set.

10. Once the milk chocolate is set, use a small spoon to carefully scoop out a small amount of the chocolate from the center of each shot glass. This will create a space for the semisweet chocolate.

11. In a third microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips and vegetable oil. Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is smooth and melted.

12. Pour the melted semisweet chocolate into the center of each shot glass.

13. Place the baking sheet back in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes, or until the semisweet chocolate is set.

14. Once the semisweet chocolate is set, remove the shot glasses from the refrigerator and peel away the parchment paper.

15. Garnish with edible gold or silver glitter, if desired.

16. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for later.
