Cut a 3-foot by 4-foot rectangular back piece from a sheet of plywood using the circular saw.
Cut the top and bottom pieces of your rack. Both pieces should be 6 inches by 3 feet.
Cut two side pieces that are 6 inches wide by 3 feet, 10 1/2 inches long.
The shelves are 6 inches by 2-foot, 10 1/2-inches each. Cut six shelves.
Sand the rough edges off all cut pieces. Apply wood stain or paint and allow to dry.
Lay the 3-foot top and bottom pieces on edge parallel to each other 4 feet apart, and insert the two side pieces between them, forming a 3-foot by 4-foot rectangular frame. Drive two screws through each end of the top and bottom into the shorter pieces.
Align the back piece over the frame and attach it. Drive a screw every 3 inches through the back into the frame all the way around.
Stand the rack up on a 3-foot side and install the shelves. Measure up 6 1/5 inches from the bottom inside surface of the rack. Install a shelf directly above that 6 1/5-inch line by driving two screws through each side of the rack into the shelf. Next, measure up 6 1/5 inches from the top surface of that shelf and install the next shelf above that 6 1/5-inch line. Repeat this process and install all six shelves.
