For the Crust
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1/2 cup milk
For the Toppings
* 1/2 cup pizza sauce
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
* 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 eggs
* 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon
* 1/4 cup chopped cooked sausage
* 1/4 cup chopped vegetables (such as onions, peppers, tomatoes)
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
2. To make the crust, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
3. Drizzle in the vegetable oil and milk and stir until the dough comes together.
4. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, or until it is smooth and elastic.
5. Roll out the dough into a 12-inch circle and place it on a greased baking sheet.
6. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough.
7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese over the sauce.
8. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them until they are well beaten. Pour the eggs over the cheese.
9. Sprinkle the bacon, sausage, and vegetables over the pizza.
10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
11. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- To make the breakfast pizza ahead of time, assemble it and then refrigerate it overnight.

- You can switch up your crust recipe by adding in chopped spinach, oregano, garlic powder and sun dried tomatoes for a fun take on your traditional crust!
- To freeze any pizza leftovers, cover the slices tightly with plastic wrap or aluminum foil, and lay them in freezer bags prior to placing them in a freezer safe compartment of your freezer. _Pizza will stay fresh in the freezer for up to a month.__
