How to Make a Matcha Latte

Ingredients:

- 2 tsp matcha powder

- ½ cup hot water

- 2 cups cold milk (you can use any milk of your choice, but oat or almond milk are great options for a matcha latte)

- Sweetener of your choice, such as honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the matcha:

- Place the matcha powder in a bowl.

- Add the hot water and whisk vigorously until the matcha is fully dissolved.

- Continue whisking until the matcha is frothy.

2. Sweeten the matcha (optional):

- If you like your matcha sweet, add the sweetener of your choice and mix until dissolved.

3. Add the milk:

- Pour the cold milk into a glass.

- Add the prepared matcha and stir gently.

4. Top it off (optional):

- If desired, you can add some additional powdered matcha on top for decoration.

- You could also add a sprinkle of ground cinnamon or nutmeg.
