How to Steam Hot Dogs in an Oven Roaster

Ingredients

* 1 package (8-10) hot dogs

* 1 cup water

* Hot dog buns

* Your favorite toppings (ketchup, mustard, relish, onions, etc.)

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Place the hot dogs in a single layer in the bottom of the oven roaster.

3. Pour the water over the hot dogs.

4. Cover the roaster with the lid and place in the oven.

5. Steam the hot dogs for 10-12 minutes, or until they are heated through.

6. Remove the roaster from the oven and carefully remove the hot dogs.

7. Place the hot dogs in the buns and add your favorite toppings.

8. Enjoy!

Tips

* To make sure the hot dogs are cooked evenly, turn them over halfway through the cooking time.

* If you don't have an oven roaster, you can also steam hot dogs in a large pot on the stovetop. Just bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Steam the hot dogs for 10-12 minutes, or until they are heated through.
