- 1x4 pine boards

- 1x6 pine boards

- 2-inch wood screws

- 1-inch wood screws

- Wood glue

- Sandpaper

- Stain or paint (optional)

Tools:

- Circular saw

- Miter saw

- Table saw (optional)

- Drill

- Sander

Instructions:

1. Cut the plywood to the desired size for your door. For a standard-sized door, you will need a piece of plywood that is 36 inches wide and 80 inches tall.

2. Cut the 1x4 pine boards to the following lengths:

- (4) pieces at 36 inches long

- (2) pieces at 80 inches long

3. Cut the 1x6 pine boards to the following lengths:

- (2) pieces at 16 inches long

4. Assemble the door frame by attaching the 1x4 pine boards to the plywood using 2-inch wood screws. The 36-inch pieces should be placed at the top and bottom of the door, and the 80-inch pieces should be placed on the sides.

5. Attach the 1x6 pine boards to the door frame using 1-inch wood screws. The 16-inch pieces should be placed in the center of the door, one above the other.

6. Sand the door to smooth out any rough edges.

7. Stain or paint the door to your desired finish.

Tips:

- If you do not have a table saw, you can cut the plywood and the 1x4 pine boards to the desired lengths using a circular saw and a miter saw.

- Be sure to use wood glue when attaching the 1x4 pine boards to the plywood and the 1x6 pine boards to the door frame. This will help to ensure a strong bond.

- Sand the door thoroughly before staining or painting it. This will help to create a smooth, even finish.

- If you want to add a lock to the door, you will need to drill a hole through the door and the door frame. The size of the hole will depend on the type of lock you are using.
